I take pride in providing need is a safe, non-judgmental space to process the emotional weight my clients have been carrying, so they can rediscover their voice, reclaim their power, and begin to live more freely.

My therapeutic goal is to meet my clients where they are at and help give them the tools to grow. I truly value honesty, humor, and humility in the therapeutic relationship, as well as, encouragement, skill building and challenging. For each client, I take a personalized approach, incorporating therapeutic skills including Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered and Integrated Health approach.

Getting Started

Step 1: Consultation

Reach out to schedule a free 15-minute video consultation to get acquainted, ask questions, and see if I’m the right therapist for you. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure way to briefly share your needs, learn about my approach, and decide whether moving forward together feels like a good fit.

Step 2: Paperwork

If you decide to proceed, you’ll be given access to a secure client portal to complete intake forms and enter your insurance details. Should you plan to use insurance, I’ll confirm your benefits and estimated costs in advance, then we’ll set up your first session at a time that’s convenient for you.

Step 3: First Appointment

Your first session is a supportive, welcoming introduction to therapy and a chance for me to learn more about you. Whether we meet in person or virtually, we’ll talk through your main concerns, identify goals, and begin shaping a plan together, always moving at a pace that feels comfortable and emotionally safe for you.
